Instructions: For convenience, with JavaScript enabled browsers, simply fill in the quantity fields for your order and the rest of the form should automatically update.  (New York Residents need to add sales tax.)  If scripting is disabled, merely fill in the form for your order as needed.  In either case, use the printed form for mail-orders.  (A blank form, printed and filled in with pen or pencil, is OK too but please write clearly.)  Send with check or money order, in US dollars drawn from a US bank, payable to "Field Depth Enterprises," to the address above.  Delivery usually takes about a week for US orders.

Please note.  The price for "Digging Deeper with the DFX" is $27.50 per book.  "The MXT Edge" is priced at $24.95 per book.  Shipping and handling is $4.75 for single-book orders.  Additional S&H charges for multi-book orders are $1.50 per additional book.  Orders for New York State deliveries must include the local sales tax on the book(s) and S&H charges.  For convenience with browsers with JavaScript enabled, entries in the "Quantity," "S&H for Additional Book in this Order," and the "Sale Tax" fields will auto-update the other fields.  The result should be checked.  Price errors on the order form will not be honored.
