U.S. Shipping and Handling Charges		$10.40 for one-book orders. For multi-book orders, additional S&H charges are $4.50 per additional book.
International Shipping		Please note that shipping discounts for multi-book orders are not available with International Shipping. Canada: Shipping and handling charge of $31.00 USD per book to Canada. Shipping is via the U.S. Postal Service's "Priority Mail International." International Shipping (other than Canada): Outside Canada, the shipping and handling charge is $49.00 USD per book to most countries serviced by U.S. Postal Service's "Priority Mail International," including: U.K., Australia, and most E.U. Countries. Recipient is responsible for any duty, tax, and customs issues relating to the order. U.S. State Dept. and treaty restrictions may apply.
Payment		Check (from a U.S. bank, in U.S. Dollars), Money Order (drawn in U.S. Dollars, for example, a U.S. money order or a Canadian Postal Money Order in USD) payable to "Field Depth Enterprises", or Online Credit Card Payment (, , , and ) through . Sales Tax (N.Y. Residents.)		For orders shipping to a New York State Address, sales tax, at the prevailing rate for the "ship to" address, must be included in the order payment, on the total book and shipping charges. Current N.Y.S. sales tax rates may be found here: N.Y.S. Sales Tax Table. For orders, sales tax will be automatically added for N.Y.S. customers. Because N.Y.S. sales tax varies by community and because of limitations in the PayPal system, sales tax will be initially accessed at the highest N.Y.S. rate (8 7/8%). A refund of any overage will be made upon order shipment as appropriate.
